Adam Kemp is a dedicated trial attorney specializing in personal injury cases. Born and raised in Polk County, FL, Mr. Kemp completed his education at Lake Region High School before pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Policy with a minor in Pre-Law at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. He also actively participated in the varsity baseball team during his time there. Continuing his educational journey, Mr. Kemp obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. His outstanding academic performance earned him recognition in the form of a Criminal Justice Certificate and a Book Award (1st in class) in Trial Practice.
Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Kemp gained valuable experience in criminal law as an Assistant State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Polk County. During his tenure as an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Kemp skillfully handled numerous jury trials involving both felony and misdemeanor cases, earning a reputation as an adept trial advocate.
He moved on from prosecuting and joined one of the largest injury firms in America. There Mr. Kemp handled thousands of personal injury cases throughout the state focusing on clients in Polk, Hardee, Highlands county, as well as the Tampa Bay Area. Mr. Kemp has recovered millions of dollars worth of settlements on behalf of the injured. He also has maintained a reputation as a top trial lawyer recovering many jury awards on behalf of victims of others negligence.
Motivated by his passion for assisting the injured and those in need, he established Kemp Injury Law.
